As a tradie looking after my clients costs this place is far too expensiveI see the same tiles at other places for 30% cheaperI also felt pressured to buy and didn't complete my look around so left the premises after about looking over three quarters of the shopWill not go back that's for sure

Not really happy with the way I was treated today(25/2/23). Phoned National tiles Hopper’s crossing store and made sure Whoosh white tiles 75x150 Gloss are available in stock and the lady told me they have 9sq mt in stock I only wanted 6 so, I told her I will pick it up in an hour. Drove to the store and there was no one in showroom and the bloke in warehouse tells me there is no stock and the girl didn’t know what she is talking about. So, asked him if I can place an order for that particular tile and I was told it is much easier to call National Tiles and place an order when I was literally standing inside a store. Very poor customer service
