I’ve been going here for several months. I had my brows done yesterday. The technician made one much thinner than the other and I complained, saying I was unhappy. No solution could be provided and there was no real acknowledgment of the cause (taking too much hair). The thin brow is now actually shorter too.My brows are now ruined right before Xmas and new year and I have to take more time out of MY schedule to find solutions.I was handed over in reception and initially, asked to pay in full. I then had to explain my dissatisfaction all over again, be inspected and debate solutions publicly. I understand that people make mistakes with waxing but being handed over, with no explanation to the front reception, asked to pay for a botched wax and having to upset myself about it again, was really really poor service.If you’re going here ask them to draw lines on before they wax.

I’ve been a client at this salon for many years. Rachel has been looking after my skin and beauty needs for the past few years and yesterday I was reminded of how brilliant she is and how lucky I am to be one of her clients. My happiness about my treatment yesterday, made my weekend. She always makes you feel comfortable and beautiful in your own skin. Rachel provides a magnificent service/outcome when it comes to eye trios, facials/skin treatments (Pro 60 and needling). I highly recommend this salon and Rachel to anyone that’s looking for an excellent skin/beauty service provider.

Massage was okReacted to the oils used even after advising the team of allergens too avoid.Can't go back as I can't rely on avoiding allergic reactions in the future.

I got my very first facial by Alex tonight. I felt so at ease and comfortable with Alex and really enjoyed my facial and the information she provided regarding my very sensitive skin. Thank you so much Alex for your wonderful service.

I decided to spoil myself yesterday and had a facial done at the chermside store. My beautician (Kayla) was very friendly and very professional, and gave me some great advice on taking better care of my skin . The facial itself was just what I needed, I couldn’t stop touching my face because it was so soft!! I will definitely be back.

I had the eyebrow shape & tint package and the service was amazing, very professional and friendly staff. Tamara did an amazing job on my brows, I do recommend 100%

I had my first ever facial treatment with Emma today and all I can say is WOW! what a relaxing and amazing experience. I usually have a hard time relaxing because you know, life is stressful, but I could have dozed off easily. Emma has amazing skills and great product knowledge and I cant wait for my next facial with her

Extremely disappointed at the customer service at Chermside store.I was first greeted by a lovely lady named Sarah who tried her best to answer questions about the dermalogica sunscreen ls and was honest when she wasn't sure with a product.She handed me over to an older woman who had no customer service skills as she was blunt, annoyed at each question I asked and had minimal product knowledge as she was reading off the box when I asked her what’s the difference between the sunscreens she was holding.She told me to put back the sunscreen I was holding in my hands because “it’s for teenagers not adults”, when I asked her why it is specifically targeted for teenager skin she replied “because they have oily skin” and blankly stared at me. When I told her I’ll continue looking at the other products she huffed and walked away to her coworker. I turned around after a few seconds to buy a sunscreen and she was pointing at me whilst talking to a staff member and when we caught eye contact she immediately walked to the back room.I felt uncomfortable in that situation and was shocked how unpleasant this interaction was. Luckily ‘Sarah’ who put me through the till was nice to close the sale.

All the beauticians here are very professional and make sure you are safe before doing a treatment. Thank you for that.
