Contacted Ty to help with something I thought was a fairly simple computer problem. Ty was completely unprofessional and rushed to get the job done. By the time he was finished with my PC and gave it back to me he had messed it up so much it was basically unusable. I tried to tell him but he didn't want a bar of it and refused to offer me a refund. Avoid this company at all costs if you care about your data!
