I can see why this store has had a total storm of one star reviews lately. Service workers are rude and to put it plainly, stupid. No receipt was given when asked. Chips were very old, stale, and possibly had been put back through the deep fryer again to warm them up, no salt to be found. Completely ignored special instructions on one burger, even though it had them on the receipt they stick to the burger. Other burger was put through as the wrong item, with no receipt or confirmation from staff, all burgers were smashed significantly. Gave us the wrong flavour of frappe, and the cup was actually split as if it had been smashed on a counter, leaking all over the place. We called to get a replacement, was given a code to quote. 2 days later we are told that code doesn't exist, then somehow they find" it

Ordered 8 family boxes on Sunday night. Rude staff. Rude crew. Short chubby manager was picking her nose and and flicking it on my burger. It was dancing and laughing when my fries were burning. There was no wheelchair accessibility. I was not able to drive my moped into the store. Very disappointed. They don’t understand, I just want a quick and easy way to get my dinner boxes but no. I was forced to drive my van through drive thru. Because of this I accidentally drove over the curb and have severely damaged my van. They told me to go into park and not even in the actual parking space, I had to park in the car park. McDonald’s thinks this service is acceptable when it’s not. We need change. About a month ago my best friend sherry tried to order a salad from this restaurant. She is trying to go on a diet and after taking one look at what she received she has decided to never eat another salad again. I told sherry to make a review and you can see the service for yourself.

My partner and daughter put an order in for a frappe and mcflurry waited around 10 minutes and was then told that there were no mcflurrys as the machine was getting fixed. There was no mention of this when order was made. It is disappointing to see young people put in this situation with out the back up of managers who are children themselves. This was not a good experience neither was the response by the manager.

Popped in for an icecream. First time in a few years. The service was shocking. The girl was in a rush and just slapped my receipt down. The shop was filthy. Litter everywhere inside and out. Most of the tables were filthy from customers. Too busy to have a clean. Worst I have seen.Wont be back.

Really Bad services. Waited 20mins for just all cold and dry and not fresh food. Salad was not served at first, the first time we asked for it, the lady did not believe us and refused to give one. The second time we asked for it, the lady still not trusting us. After we finally got the salad, all vegetables were just dump in a burger box. Vegetables are dry, yellow not fresh at all, cherry tomatoes are dirty on the skin.In general, food is terrible, service is even worse. Worst Maccas in BNE.

After a week of being unwell I got a craving for a quarter pounder, fries and a coffee. On my way back from an appointment I stopped in and picked my order up. Once home my excitement turned to disappointment, the burger bun was stale, it normally is beautifully fresh. At least the coffee was lovely.Also we used to walk in and see coffees being made, food in the cabinet and the place clean .... no longer, so uninviting.

Seriously, if you are the owner of this franchise you might as well close the doors instead of serving the garbage you are. I keep giving your establishment chance after chance and you keep disappointing me. The absolute mess served to my family and I tonight was abysmal Photos attached". It really is like your staff have either not been trained or are not being supervised by an adult..."

One of the worst maccas I’ve ever been to. Visited twice. On the first visit they got our order wrong, double quarter pounder was a single and the classic Angus had no sauce food was stale. Next visit we went to dine in and the place was a mess and it wasn’t even busy, not hard to do a quick clean of your dining room.

4.08.22. 6:30pm. Order number:153.DISAPPOINTED!Ordered a McChicken deluxe meal, I was served a burger with no tomato. They made it again, this time it was cold, and was told there's no tomato at all. They also failed to return my large serving of fries, which was still in the paper bag.FFS, that's false advertising & pure incompetence.
