Barry Plant's Leasing Department has been been managing our properties for a few years now and we have every positive compliments there is for them. They are always very efficient with inspection reports, following up on expiring leases, security checks and most of all they are responsive to any queries we or our tenants may have.

Kylie and her team offered exceptional professional service through out this period and helped me to manage my property really well. I can't remember the last time I visited my property but I get regular updates and condition reports. Real trustworthy professionals who will go above and beyond to help you.

We have been renting less than a year with Barry Plant and had a couple of things go wrong with the property but they were extremely fast and responsive to getting everything fixed immediately. We have a great communication from our property manager Kylie and can find no fault with their service!
