Fantastic customer service. Neha was brilliant. The Fossil website didn’t have the particular watch I wanted in stock. I thought I’d try my luck by ringing the store. Neha couldn’t be more helpful, sending me pictures etc. I received my watch within 2 days. I am super impressed, thank you!

Friendly staff. Went in to change the size of my watch band. Was done in like 20 mins. Although only one staff member was there, she managed the customers well. Happy to go back in there☺️

The staff in here (Lily and Paula) were so friendly, accomodating and approachable. The consistency of the level of service was carried on throughout the process of purchasing a product, making necessary adjustments and purchasing. I am so happy with what I bought and will highly recommend this shop. Cheers!

Incredible customer service! The team really went above and beyond to make sure my purchase was perfect. The item I wanted was a Christmas gift - and it was unfortunately sold out at the Chermside store. However within 24hrs the team sourced the item from another store, had it couriered to Chermside, and then embossed it beautifully.At this time of year I know the team would have been exceptionally busy, but they remained so positive and were genuinely happy to help each step of the way.Thanks again lovely ladies, and Merry Christmas!

Beware buying a smart watch here. They open the package before you even get it then warn you you can't return it once it's paired to a phone under any circumstances. Super dodgy consumer law practices going on here

Fossil Chermside are so helpful and have great staff. I've had a few issues with my watch and every time I've been there they've been super helpful and very friendly. The store itself is very nice.
