Moving my children here was the best thing I ever did. Management is amazing. All staff are kind, caring and professional. Both my children are happy healthy and feel safe.Communication is great and staff take the time to listen to each child's needs.Strongly recommend

Bully issues were not addressed properly. When my 4 year old went there and got hit/bullies by other peers, no incident reports was given to me, even no educators came talk to me about that. I figured out only when my kid told me himself. I tried to escalate these issues to school managers but their answers were to just count on them, they had plans. And the next day I saw my 4 year old was sitting on the ground with scratches on his arm, told me someone pushed him, and no educator could explain anything to me, that was his last day at the center.

Putting our son into KIDS ELC when he was 8mths old was the very best choice we made in his early development.They are a caring, wonderful team that always put the child first.The staff communicate with us often in our son's progress.We couldn't be happier.

Cooper loved going to goodna kids. Even though his first day was yesterday he seemed to fit in well educators were very loving and accepting of moth my boys as they have been in care before I wanted a daycare that was similar to their last one and I found it in goodna kids. They always have a smile on their faces are willing to help with any questions you have I couldn’t fault them. Best daycare I have found I wouldn’t put them in other daycare

Words cannot express how grateful I am to be part of this amazing Centre full of dedicated and genuinely kind professionals who frequently go above and beyond their job descriptions! The love, care and genuine interest they have for each child is so obvious and oh so reciprocated by the children! My son adores his educators and runs to their open arms evrytime he sees them, as they are so see him. He has such a strong bond with them it makes my hear smile in knowing he is happy. They are part of his safety network and his cheer squad. I am forever grateful that they are making life long impressions on him by not only fostering and facilitateing environments that encourage him to explore and investigate but also continue to grow in being the kind, confident and a happy little person that he is.The staff have become part of 'my village' too! I am constantly leaning on them daily and they never hesitate in supporting me and my children! I've lost count of the number of times they've supervised my sleeping baby in the car, so I can take his older brother to his room, made me a cup of coffee or even simply check in to see how I'm doing.From the bottom of my heart thank you! I'd name names, but you're all so bloody amazing that I couldn't leave anyone out!❤

My son has been at this service since he was 6 months old and very soon he'll be 5. He has learnt so much from the guidance and passion of his educators over the years and amazes me with the knowledge and is so proud to share, especially on those car rides home. I am so glad I chose to place him at this centre all those years ago. Cassie, Centre Manager is beyond accommodating and has always gone above and beyond and alongside her team make me all feel respected and valued as a parent within this service and what I can bring to this community too.I'm sad that our countdown to the school transition is on BUT I know my son has been given the best start to life that he could of had.Thanks to everyone over the years who has contributed to my son's learning - you are all unique and I appreciate you all in your own special way.Thank you! ❤️

We absolutely love it here. The team do such a great job of looking after my kids while I'm working. The staff are real, down to earth people who actually value the children as little individuals and treat them with care and respect. We feel blessed to have found Goodna Kids ELC and to have them be part of our journey to raise our kids.

Very caring educators who engage with each child know who they are and who they belong to. Knowledgeable and friendly always willing to help with enquiries. My child loves it. Will be enrolling my younger child and fully recommend.

I can't speak highly enough of the staff at Goodna kids. They have gone above and beyond to make sure my baby feels safe and loved I feel reassured that he is in good hands when I am at work. Goodna Kids also has an amazing early learning program. I am really grateful to have found such a caring environment for my son ❤
