Ultimate windows supplied the windows for our house and we are fully happy with them. There were some issues over supply initially, the builder blamed Ultimate but it could have been the builder. We had electric windows as part of the package but the builder and his electricians could not get them working. Ultimate stood by us throughout when the builder gave up and could not get them working after 14 months. It turned out that the windows were wired incorrectly by the builders electricians, with the polarity to an actuator mixed up. Every time an electrician visited us ultimate sent one of their people. It took 3 different electricians from different companies to solve the issue. The windows are terrific. Ultimate now wire the windows themselves to avoid this happening again.

We enjoyed an terrific experience with Ultimate Windows during our house renovation in Melbourne and recommend their excellent services to anyone seeking a hassle free and quality double glazed installation.We did a lot of research and got 7 quotes for 11 new PVC windows (most large floor to ceiling). Russell was incredibly helpful, understanding and meticulous in getting all of the details just right. This involved going back and forth several times with changes to sizes and configurations. He genuinely wanted us to be happy with the plans and at no point did we feel pressured and were not given the hard sell; the quality of this product and competitive pricing eliminates the need for such tactics.Once the details were confirmed it took around 5 weeks for the windows to be made in Wodonga. We were pleased to be able to support a business that manufactures here in Australia. When the windows were ready, Richard, the installer, kept us well informed in relation to the installation process. He was polite, friendly, and cleaned-up meticulously at the end of each day. It was a challenging job (an old house on a sloping block) however he persisted and ensured that the quality of the installation was second-to-none which was really pleasing as even the best windows will fail to perform if not installed correctly.Thanks Russell, Richard, Jennifer and the Team at Ultimate Windows - you did a fantastic job and we wouldn't hesitate to work with you again.

I highly recommend Ultimate Windows. We replaced out 35 year old cedar timber windows with uPVC double-glazed units in Golden Oak and they look better than real timber. Checkout the before and after photos. People are amazed that it's not real wood because it looks so good, plus its maintenance free. We're stoked with the quality installation job, the boys did such a pro job, everything is so well sealed and soundproofed and finished off perfectly. The attention to detail was spot on. We did experience an issue with the quality of some glass panels, but Ultimate Windows went the extra mile to set things right where many suppliers would have just given up. They really do care about providing the best quality products and service and stand behind what they sell and how it's installed.

I had Russell from Ultimate come out and give me some ideas on front doors to capture style, warmth and noise reduction these were my main features I required.
