I ordered carpets for my whole house. But they delivered and installed incorrect carpet. Solomons has acknowledged the error but have refused to rectify as they say “I still have a good quality carpet”. I paid 90% of invoice before delivery and have not received what I ordered and paid for. Please don’t use this company. Stay away. They are very unethical.

Great customer service, yaseen takes the time and effort to get to know the customer and had our floor boards ready and in stock fasted than expected. Flooring was a success. Happy with all services involved. Highly recommend

I recently had carpet installed in the bedroom by Solomons and on inspection I noticed that they damaged the bottom of the wardrobe. I sent an email and spoke to the owner Yaseen who advised that they would speak to the installers and call me back, however, with no response. I went into the store at West Ryde and the owner basically said there was nothing that could be done as damage can occur during installation.I also required the carpet to be lifted as there was a prominate gap between the carpet and bottom of the wardrobe doors on one side due to the floor being uneven. Yaseen informed that the installers were away on leave and they would contact me when they return. I did not hear back from them so decided to use someone qualified from Hi-pages instead. I was advised by them that the carpet was cut short and there was a gap in the corner. The installers from Solomons covered it up with a piece of carpet and I was not notified of this.Yaseen was aware and used the excuse that the installers were away as they did not want me to know what they had done.Do not trust this company!! They are nice to your face and claim to be honest, however, they are sly. I was contacted straight after the job was completed and asked to finalise the account prior to been given a chance to check that the work was satisfactory.Once the account is finalised they do not care about rectifying any concerns you may have with the quality of service provided.The advise I have is before paying your account thoroughly check that your flooring has been measured and installed correctly and that there are no patch ups to cover their mistakes.

I recently purchased hybrid flooring from Solomon's for my apartment, and Yaseen was very obliging and knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions!! His floor installer also did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them.
