Excellent staff and attention to details to treat, care and implement effective Pilates routines specific to my needs.

Quick and easy to get an online appointment. I was made welcome by the friendly receptionist, and then by my physiotherapist. I had been there before, so after a brief recap, I received prompt treatment. Very efficient and professional. I wasn't rushed and felt that I was taken care of properly and that my health was important to them.

My first time at the Bayswater branch - top customer service, from the simple online booking, to the most professional receptionist and great service from the physio. It’s refreshing to see a physio who is this thorough on your first visit. Life Ready really has high standards! Highly recommended!

Was useful visualising the joints , muscle and understand the difference in treating with muscle strengthening exercises and purpose if trigger point etc - was helpful seeing spine apparatus to picture where the muscles lie
