We received excellent service from Celeste last week..

The most unfriendly staff in a kid's store. The lady looked visibly annoyed at us when we walked in the store when the store opened at 10am on Saturday.

Utterly unfriendly!!!Walked into the shop today and bought two activity books, one for a 3 yo child, the other for a 5 yo child, both of whom I was seeing today and was going to give the books to.I asked the young lady, who was very nice, behind the counter whether she could wrap them in different colours to distinguish one from the other but she said they only had red wrapping paper.The old woman behind the counter - maybe the manager - started to do the wrapping and I politely asked her whether she could put a post it note on each to distinguish one from the other.She chucked some post it notes and a pen at me and in a sarcastic voice said 'Maybe you write it'!! That's the last time I'll be giving that shop any more business.
