Albion Bark Lodge

I can't put into words how wonderful Sarah and her crew are here. Our dog gets treated better than he does at home and absolutely loves it there. We are so grateful for this beautiful pet stay. You can see how happy all the dogs that stay there are on her FB videos which are so much fun to watch, even when your own pet doesn't star in them.

Spoke to Sarah today and enquired if we could have a look at the Lodge as we need to kennel our dog for 4 weeks, she was extremely rude and patronising. Her response to us asking if we can view her lodge was we aren't a shop you know" and then said that she I had 40 to 50 dogs there at the moment and she is busy. All reviews posted are complimentary regarding the care of their dogs but she definitely has no people skills whatsoever ever

I can't thank Sarah enough for the excellent care and supervision that she provides for her canine guests at Albion Bark Lodge. My Golden Retriever, Tully and his best buddy Merlin, clearly loved their recent, five day holiday stay with their new doggie friends and I now can't imagine sending them anywhere else. Sarah is just lovely and her daily video and photo updates, are brilliant. Thank you Sarah. Albion Bark Lodge is a credit to you. Sue McDonald.

I couldn't recommend a better place than ABL. I had my Honey bunny Ivy the Beagle going since it opened and Sarah, Robert and the crew have gone from strength to strength with what they are giving to our furbabies, Love, love, training, fun and games, love, love, everything I want for my furbaby oh did I forget to mention love? Ivy comes home happy and that's all that matters to me and I'm sure their are plenty of others that feel the same. Thank you so much ABL

Left our 2 mini foxie furbabies with Sarah and the team for 5 day while we went interstate. I couldn't be happier with the care they got. I was given updates twice a day via text and was able to see them having a ball throughout the stay via social mediaSarah has a real love of animals and it shows. Will definitely leave the boys with her again in the future

This is a reply message for Kerrie Wales.You certainly know how to make an impression, but the only one impressed is yourself.Do you work ?What if I turned up at your work and asked to be shown around .Can you lock all the staff away, whilst I'm there .Can you disregard all your clients because I'm there.I think you're a bit self entitled and the last thing this world needs is ANOTHER self entitled piece of attitude.The red carpet is reserved for dogs not you !

I couldn’t recommend Albion Bark Lodge highly enough! Sarah is a delight to deal with, she has a genuine understanding and adoration for dogs. My dogs get better treatment there than they do at home! Sara is such a kind and understanding person. We’ve had to add a night to the dogs stay last minute and she’s been very flexible.The level of care provided here is thorough, with daily updates and photos on how everyone is going. If there’s ever a concern she will let you know, which is also reassuring.Do not look any further for the best dog accommodation!

Super super rude lady Sara , even if it's $$$$$$$$$$$$ I wouldn't leave my puppies to an impatient craztly lady like Sara ...Sorry to say, please upskill yourself .... !!!!how can she take care of puppies or dogs if she can't answer few queries patiently ....I would have thought of you as an option if you were polite and patient enought to new customer like me !!!!!!New customers will have hundreds of questions and we are leaving our loved babies with you away from us and hence it's our right to clarify our concerns ..if you can't talk to the puppy owners politely please don't keep a boarding . We are paying or will be paying $$$$$$ not for your rudeness .. I'm sorry to say this .. you tc Sara ...
