Mane and Muse

I was looking for a new hairdresser and decided to give them a go because of their Google rating. Not sure how they got that rating. They are the worst. Before I went to this hairdresser I had beautiful, long, strong hair.After seeing this hairdresser three times my hair is in the worst condition. The younger hairdresser burnt my hair with bleach and then tried to tell me that it was totally normal. She couldn’t even blow dry my hair because it was so weak. I walked out with wet hair.Never again.

Went in to colour my grey roots. The elder sister asked her younger sister to colour my hair who is not a qualified or apprentice hairdresser. When I got home I noticed how poor the coverage was. All the right side & top of my roots was not coloured. I’ve been to many salons and this has to be the worst colour coverage I have ever received. This would have been very obvious when they were washing my hair but they said nothing. Understand sisters supporting each other but as a customer I expect a professional job by a qualified hairdresser not someone passing time or hanging at a salon with her hairdresser sister. I don’t have the time to go back and forth to get my hair coloured correctly due to a lazy job and wash for that matter.

I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years and my hair has always been healthy, I always leave the salon very happy and satisfied, Georgette and Rebecca have made me feel so comfortable and welcome in their salon.
