Probably the best Maccas around. Food always tastes great.Would give their baristas more training though. I got a hot chocolate this morning and there was no flavour. It tasted like water and milk. Got home and tipped it out to realise the cocoa powder was all stuck to the bottom because they hadn’t mixed it. 3/5.

This site is very basic. I was concerned to see that it took a very long time for a team member to clean up food thrown on the floor by an errant toddler in a high chair. Clearly the parents had the first responsibility to keep their child in check but failing this a supervisor or trainer should be vigilant for potential trip hazards. Nothing was cleaned up for at least 10 minutes and then only after this family left the site.The person who cleaned up the floor seemed to be burdened with this chore and repeatedly shook out black bags noisily to add to his apparent burden.My meal had started to cool and I was interested to see that my box of fries was not sufficiently full to cause any concern to the diet I should abide by.The young person who delivered my meal to the table was most pleasant so I enjoyed her smile. Great customer service and very friendly staff, The food was fantastic and fresh!Only downside is there will be a wait for your order as they struggle to get everything out on time because of home deliveries!However they did a good job!Thank you

Dined in about 11.30AM on Sunday.The food was disgusting, burger very dry and cold, the chips seem to have been around 20minutes old stale and cold, limp and tasteless.The table was dirty. I asked it to be cleaned. The young staff wiped with a damp cloth and no disinfectant.The counter was dirty and the floor was filthy.It seemed that the staff didn't want to be there. A little negative attitude came across

Ordered my food through drive through and got told to wait in the waiting bay for fresh nuggets. 20 minutes goes by and they walk over to our car with food. Turns out it’s the wrong order so we had to park up and go in to get the correct order. Got home and half of the order was missing. They either need to be sacked or put through a training as this never happens at any other maccas

Quite a delightful little experience. I ordered a soft serve cone and was impressed at the sheer amount of ice cream that was able to fit in such a small cone. It was quite hefty in weight and quite frankly made eating whilst driving quite a challenge. Would recommend the soft serves at this establishment.

Not just this one but all Macca's have turned into a drab and boring not so fast food outlet.I hate the self service portal, it was part of the atmosphere to have a teen serve you in their first job.Here's a tip try putting a little seasoning on your bland cardboard Burger's!At least they have plenty of free parking spots.

one late night at Windsor west maccas on the 11th early morning of June, I was delighted with a 5 star manager and crystal clean store, my hope in humanity restored. Fyn, the kindest manager I have ever met, supplied with the most delectable fairly priced nutrition that made my night.Will forever remember this night for this rest of my days. Thank you Fyn and the WW team for your amazing customer service and 5 star attitude.
