Fantastic service! Our solar hot water system broke the week before Xmas. I thought there was no way we would get it fixed before Xmas. Ipswich Hot Water came out and repaired it same day. Brade was professional. Highly recommend!

I had no hot water when I arrived home last evening. Rang IHW and left message. Left another message this morning. Is now 24hrs later and still no return call. So much for 24/7 and same day service!!

I was so worried when my tenants reported their hot water system had blown, I thought they wouldn’t have hot water water for days before anyone could replace it. Then I called Ipswich hot water and they replaced it on the same day! I am so very grateful for that, thank you again for your service and for saving me a huge headache. Our hot water system started leaking and I reached out to Brade from Ipswich Hot Water for some options for replacement. Within an hour on a Monday morning he had given me 3 options and provided his recommendation based on our needs. The team was out the next day (would have been same day if we went electric), removed our old hot water system and installed the new one. Quick efficient service with great communication. Thanks again.
