I saw Garth Ainsworth for remedial massage on a specific area of my body. He had a sincere desire to understand the issue, and was down-to-earth in his approach. Technically, he was brilliant. I walked out of there not hurting in the area needing help and have since been seeing him every week. I highly recommend Garth, whether you need to focus on a particular area for rehab, or whether you are looking for good remedial massage. You will not be disappointed! A+
