I wish I read the reviews before using this place. Lost my pocket square, then refused to look for it & still charged full price. No sympathy, just NO" when I said it was given with a pocket square. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! MY JACKET IS STILL STAINED TOO! USELESS PEOPLE."

Changed management. The new owner is super caring and friendly! Will come back again!!

They managed to put a large rip in my wife's dress and when we picked it up and noticed the damage they refused to take any responsibility and said it must have been like that when we gave it to them. They obviously take no care with the service they provide and when we complained to their head office they were just as incompetent. Do not under any circumstances trust these people with your valuable clothing.

Do yourself a favour and NEVER go here. Charged me for a repair they never did and when I tried to get a refund for the work I paid for that was never actually done, they refused to refund me and refused to carry out the work I requested. Disgusting service. I will never return and suggest you do the same!

Such a poor experience here.We went to alter two pants and the man simply didnt understand what needed to be done. After some time he finally understood and we asked him to give us a quote which he didnt provide us with and said he would do so on Sunday.Sunday passes and I receive no information. Later I get a message that my pants are ready for collection.Without our permission he already altered the pants and was ready to charge us $140 for the alteration. There is no way I was going to pay this amount as this is exactly why I wanted him to give us a quote.The man insisted on charging us the full price and eventually only dropped the price slightly after some arguing with me and my father. He showed no acceptance of responsibility for what he did and was just looking to get his money.Not to mention he messaged us saying he had accidentally given the wrong garment to someone.Do not come here! Find another place for dry cleaning/alterations!

Destroyed my shirt with rust stains. When challenged they told me it was an old stain, when I had photos of it from a week ago they told me to prove it was the same shirt.Piss poor customer service, and I'm out a hundred bucks on a new shirt.

Rude! Rude! Rude!I asked for assistance and advice and she just walked away. I am flabbergasted to say the least! This is unacceptable customer service which matches all the other bad reviews. They are lucky to receive one star from me this afternoon which is not deserving but considering I had my wheat bix earlier, they get a slight pass....by a pubic hair! I

A small convenient place for everyday clothes & office dry cleaning. Same day service available, you'll need make that request - drop off before 10am and collect after 4pm. A little expensive but cheaper than most ... over 5 business shirts they charge $4.50 per shirt

They wrecked my wife's brand new $280 jacket worn only once, needed it dry cleaned because it got a small foundation smudge on the shoulder.The original colour was a beautiful brilliant white and when we got it back the colour had significantly dulled (almost a cream colour) ruining the look of the jacket and it was clear to see that there were hazy clouds throughout the jacket. They offered to re-clean it and I stressed the issue was that they have affected the original colour of the fabric and they said they would try to fix it.When picking up the jacket the issue remained and at that point they flat out denied any responsibility for the issue trying to say that's what it looked like when we brought it in. After much debate at the store they gave me no other alternative but to give our money back ($10.50), but what a joke.I will never go back there, they are incompetent, dishonest and rude.
