Patrice is very knowledgeable about hearing loss, tinnitus and its associated symptoms like dizziness / vertigo. The receptionists were a pleasure to deal with. I'd recommend this practice to friends in a heartbeat.

I had Mina test my hearing at the Clayton clinic. She was perfectly communicative and willing to answer my questions regarding the test, results and ears, whether they were typical or not. Also reception was a breeze. Much Appreciated!

Absolutely superb customer care and service. Always attentive and happy to discuss pros and cons of individual hearing devices to best suit lifestyle habits. I’ve settled on the Lyrics which has been a game/life changer. When one Lyric battery died on a Sunday after I had pushed out my usual change over interval, a new pair were ready first thing next morning after a Sunday email. Seamless response. Would give 10 stars all around. Could not recommend more highly. The entire team is awesome and Nicole amazing!

Highly recommended!Absolute professional'sI had sleep buds made,so glad I came here.My ears needed extensive cleaning first.Maryam was wonderfully informative and very carefull as cleaning should only be done by highly qualified professionals. It took 3 visits to get them clean, and they only charged for one visit!. Ear bud are perfect,no more disturbing noises.
