Ordered dessert for family of 5 with 5 napkins and 20 packets of butter which were free, didn't get napkins or butter.Self service which is why 1 star for service what a cold industry no friendly service any more.Atmosphere is also cold and unwelcoming

The reason behind the 1 star is because the tea was everywhere in the bag, the lid wasn’t even on the cup. Because of this my whole meal went everywhere and I was unable to eat most of it due to the tea making it soggy. I was very disappointed to order this and was looking forward to having a good meal. What a waste of money and not a happy customer. Never had anything like this happen before. To top it off, they could not get my McFeast burger right, there was no tomato and was more like a cheeseburger. Half of the McFeast was soggy due to the spillage of the tea. I have been waiting days for Menulog to get back to me about a refund but they are very slow at replying. This honestly makes me not want to order from Menulog if this is how long it takes to reply.

Ordered an All in one pack and a happy meal with a toy. No toy was delivered. My big Mac came in a chicken burger packaging see photo and no hot apple pie was delivered. When I called to ask why no toy I was told that a new person was on the counter. How did my burger end up in the wrong packaging?? Maybe the manager needs to be retrained or sacked and a more attentive person could take over.

Bit sad to be honest. Lined up in the drive through and was told to wait, no worries, theres a few cars in front. Waited a few minutes as another two cars lined up on the other side after me. They were eventually both served before me, again, a little annoying but no worries, i can be patient. So i swapped to that side, ordered, then proceeded to wait in the line for a good 15-20 minutes, slowly moving forward, AGAIN, no worries, its late at night, probably a smaller crew, i can be patient. But after waiting my turn, and not causing a fuss about anything, when I finally did get my meal, I was really hoping for a fresh hot meal... Instead it was cold. Like. Depressing to eat kind of cold... It honestly just made me sad. I feel like I've wasted my money.

When walking into maccas at brassall i went to the kiosk and ordered, i sat down and waited for like nearly 30 minutes before even receiving our food. When we got the food the counter was filthy as you see below and i had a sip of my coke and it didnt taste right. So i took it back and they took about 10 minutes and so i said excuse me can i get my coke that i asked to be changed this is ridiculous" and they changed it quickly but didn't say have a nice day or anything. Another time we went through drive through and ordered 2 meals

Food is always quite gross here. Everytime I’ve been the food has been cold & order a mess. Once I ordered a sprite & got soda water, had to get it fixed and then got tap water instead. Never had the issue fixed & never went back because of this. The dining room is always a mess.

Took 15 minutes for a simple order, went to sit down, after trying 5 tables, I eventually found one that was somewhat clean. There was either food or sauce on tables and chairs, water on tables and floor. No apology for meal taking so long. Was not busy either, 2 people in restaurant, drive through not busy

This was the first McDonald's I have been to where the staff were all friendly and happy and not yelling it was a pleasure to dine in at maccas Brassal

Waited 13 mins instore fir an orange juice and coffee. Unacceptable.When I approached the counter to enquire about the delay, the staff member handed me my coffee and OJ which had both been ready for a while, but now the coffee was cold. Well below the expectations of a McDonalds store
