We are still waiting for clean water that was promised from Michael at abbotts over 1 month ago , installation was faulty with numerous leaks very unorganized , he used an old bed frame and a piece of jarrah firewood to mount the uv and water softener in my shed because he did not bring enough materials , he installed the system and waste outlet nowhere near I asked for them to be installed , abbotts and Michael also cut off and used my garden hose for the small waste pipe because he didn’t bring the right equipment, he also commissioned the water softener with out any Salt in the system which I questioned and he said it would be fine , I would not recommend this company at all save your self the pain and shop else where.
