I can't thank Marco enough for the help he gave me yesterday. I was involved in a 4-vehicle car accident (not my fault). I was overwhelmed and didn't really know what to do. Marco came and picked up my car. He asked if someone was going to take me home, and I told him my housemate would be coming in around half an hour or so. He told me he didn't want me to wait that long (especially because it was dark) and drove me home instead. On the way home he explained everything to me as I hadn't been in an accident for over 10 years and didn't really know what to do from here. He also arranged a courtesy car for me. He was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and really helped me get through this difficult situation. Thank you so much Marco for your help. It is clear you are passionate about your job and genuinely care for the people involved in accidents. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone else needing his services.
