I pay them an extra $20 on top of the big wash and they promise to get every grain of sand out of my car. With two young kids I'm talking a lot of sand. Two - three hours later the car is legit spotless. I love this place and clearly the owner is invested in making it a success

I had such a good experience with this car wash. My car had been parked on the street for a while and was really dirty and I wanted it cleaned for sale. The lady that served me was delightful and kind but also a bit shocked at how much work would be involved!! I wished them good luck" when I left them with it

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely gutted. Dropped my car off for a pre sale detail/ buff & polish paid $400 to pick my car up completely damaged. Everywhere I look the damage just gets worse and worse. Whatever products they use inside and out will destroy your window tint and eat away at your plastics/ rubbers. My rim caps were returned with all the paint lifted and the rear badge snapped I’m assuming from the buffing process?. The entire car was covered with what seemed to be armour oil or something similar the interior was literally dripping from the air vents with it and the exterior windscreen covered in oil, my wiper blades were black! Excess white polish everywhere inside and out, my leather seats were definitely not cleaned with correct product. The car smelt like wet dog literally did not smell fresh or “clean”. I can’t even express how disgusted I am that this company can expect this to be ok. I have literally lost hundreds if not thousands in re sale value. My partner had to literally argue the point with the owner to be accused of having damaged the car ourselves after the detail!!! Eventually with the owner and his son trying to intimidate my partner pointing in his face telling him they will remember his “face” and car and “never to come back here” we were refunded partial of what we paid for the service. This doesn’t even come close to what re sale value this has cost me let alone the damages.Heart breaking.

My go to place to get the car washed. Very humble and friendly workers. There's a waiting area with sofas and tables. Bring your own beverages though as there isn't any drinks to purchase. Depending on what you get timeframes can be a little long (1 hour for the special wash) but... It just indicates that the cleaning is thorough. Come early on weekends as it does get busy.

I paid $95 for an 'ultimate' clean on a small car. The exterior was cleaned well but for that price I expected a bit more attention to the inside of the car; basically got a vacuum and quick wipe down. There are other businesses locally that will wash your upholstery and do a proper detailed clean of the interior for that price. The level of clean was what I would have expected for a standard inside and outside clean.The service was friendly on arrival. When I returned to pick the car up I waited a while to be served. The staff cleaning the other cars didn't seem to feel obliged to let the manager know I was there so I had to wander out into the yard and catch his attention. He was very pleasant and helpful.Pleased to see the car parked under cover when I picked it up so it wasn't too hot. This business also offers paint free dent removal and I was quoted $200 to remove three small dents the next time I'm there.
