We were really impressed with the quick and efficient service, even telling us where the safest place would be to leave the car for pick up. Driver, Sean, was really friendly, which helped put us at ease in a stressful situation. He also kept in contact while we waited, so that we knew when he would arrive. Highly recommend!

This guy makes towing a car an art. I can’t express how gracefully he manoeuvred his large towing trunk down small streets to tow my Sprinter. He knows what he’s doing and he does it well. You might find him a little direct (firmly telling you to turn the steering wheel) but that’s the exact kind of person you want in these kinds of situations. Good guy all around and would be happy do business with him again.

Thank you very much to Darren, Jordan & Matthew for your professionalism and expertise. They managed to help me get my hybrid car out of a low clearance carpark (1.9m) on a Sunday afternoon during a pandemic lockdown, and did it with professionalism and a friendly attitude. The other places I contacted all had issues managing the technicalities of this. They managed to jump start my hybrid to safely change it to neutral gear, which the roadside mechanic wasn't able to do earlier in the day - a testament to their experience. Excellent to deal with. Much appreciated!

I told them prior to their arrival it will be difficult to drag my car out of the garage as the cars steering box was broken. The driver rocked up with a good attitude and just got it done really smooth while taking professional care of my pride and joy.

Darren the owner of the company is a true champion and one of those people I refer to as saviour angels!He helped me with a very challenging situation where my rental Tesla lost its connectivity to BTS mobile network and I had the physical card left in the car while my phone didn’t have NFC enabled being a rental car and the mobile app naturally could not open the car via data connection!!He opened the car in a very professional manner and saved me towing and an extra day being wasted.He is a very professional, friendly, down to earth fellow and very passionate.In short a true champion and a true saviour!
