Energex

I've been trying to get Energex to connect 3 phase to my shed for months. There are so many layers and divisions to this company that your requests get lost in the process - absolutely hopeless. I call every second day to see if they can tell me when they are coming, and you think you get somewhere because they tell me I'll get an email with a date... then nothing. So call back and rinse and repeat. The staff don't know their own process, forms and hoops they've created for customers to jump through. 4 companies seem to be needed to connect power - the pillar division, an external contracted meter company, energex themselves to connect power and finally your electrical contractor. What a mess! Fix it Energex. Develop a culture which wants to help and serve.

Absolutely useless. cut my power while I was at work because they got the wrong address then proceed to tell me that it will take 2 week before they can re connect it! EVEN THOUGH THEY ADMITTED THEY WHERE AT THE WRONG HOUSE

Power went out at 9:35pm. Called Energex. Job logged. Guys turned up in two trucks and had it fixed by 10:30pm. Despite the possum on the pole. Thank you. Great work.

Told to wait 8am to 1pm and noone arrives and told will have to wait again tomorrow between 8 and 1. Worst company .

Had a power outage Friday. Numerous calls resulted in they are out looking for the fault. Last call said the same. I said you have been looking for 3 hours now. They are still looking he said. Power back on in 10 minutes.. You need to update your tele staff"

We have been struggling with having Energex notify us of meter readings dispite organising this on numerous occasions through their website. We have two small white gentle dogs that are free in the yard. Energex staff find their presence intimidating. Finally, I have had a notification stating that our meter would be read today. My wife stayed home to assure that the dogs were inside all day. Now at 4 pm we have another notification that our meter will now be read tomorrow. Not good enough! People work and have busy lives. If Energex offers a notification system, please ensure that it is effective and accurate!

I would choose to live life with no electricity then come across staff/people as rude as those who work for Energex

Has to be the most unreliable company ever. Staff is rude, always under investigation when power outage, no updates they just hopeless.
