A basic Subway within a shopping centre (dedicated seating, not seated amongst the riff-raff in the food court). Service is fast and friendly, only complaint is no bin to dispose of rubbish. Guilty feeling as a result of leaving rubbish on table was a unfortunate way to end an otherwise pleasant dining experience.Col Smith

Today the staff used previous day bread when I order veggie subway. Even I asked him to use fresh bread. Very bad service and giving reason it takes three hours to cook the bread which is not my problem. The guy indian look should be given more training and worst subway I ever had. I used to eat least two to three times in a month. The malted rye bread was very hard.

Recently changed menus, basically an excuse to increase all subway prices by a dollar or more. Eg Vege Delight now has avocado that I didn't want, and now I have to pay for it. Used to eat there at least weekly. Now perhaps once a month, as I really dislike a lot of their new menu items, and resent paying more for what I liked.

Beware, if you go in the morning, they will use a day’s old bread. Very little portions of vege and meat. The meat was stale in my sub, told to change to a vege one, the indian guy threw attitude and started abusing in front of everyone. These people need to be send back. Subway management needs to take action, its reputation is getting tarnished by this mad man working here. Never to go back at this filthy place.

This is the best subway I have ever visited. I am vegan so usually I avoid to take sauces but manages suggested me that we have vegan sauce options and also showed me vegan list of sauces. This thing never happened with me before in any other subway. Along with that, I loved their customer service. They care for the customer.

The only thing meaner than the quantity of food was that attitude of the staff. They kept me waiting for ages, I had to repeat the order a number of times, they didn’t know a foot can be called 12 inches, many ingredients weren’t available, and I had to ask for more just to get a ridiculously small amount.

Guy working here aggressive and make sub-standard sandwiches. He doesn’t know how to deal with customers.Guys avoid this place because of this man.

Today there was two staff working and they were both working with no masks on. They also touched the sandwich with the same gloves they touched everything with which was never changed once serving multiple customers infront of me. The meatball wasn’t even prepared so it taste rubbish. Very disappointing. Absolutely no sense of hygiene.

I entered the store at about 1:15, which one would expect to be about peak time, with only one staff member on. When I was served, I asked for a BMT with double meat, which I am well aware would consist of 12 pieces of both types of salami and 4 pieces of ham, as I always get this at every other Subway store I have visited. To my request the staff member says that it already has 6 pieces of salami on it, which I respond with that I know it does, I tell her that I want it for the extra pieces of ham. She then adds the other 2 pieces of ham and when it gets to pay for at the counter, charges me $4 for double meat, which should mean that I also get the double salami too. But no, $4 for just 2 extra pieces of ham... I was not happy with this and will not be coming back.
