I got hit by Crypto virus...was pretty bad. All the files were encrypted and I thought I have lost them all. Contacted Benchmark and they reached on time. Cleaned the computer for me and then got all my files back to the computer....great job done, almost unexpected for me.

My old VAIO drive crashed and was making funny noises trying to boot up. I called these guys and got a response straightaway. Tried few things as instructed but the disk was in bad shape. The tech came over on the same day and fixed it within half an hour. I did not expect them to fix it so quickly as it is an old 2008 model. They upgraded my hard drive to 1 TB and were able to copy over the old data. Thank god...they managed to salvage all of my important stuff. Very competitive pricing. I will recommend them any day...great work guys. Competitive pricing and quality ensured...

I had forgotten the password of my password. I tried everything from doing it myself to contact Apple but nothing could really help. At the end of it, I had no option but to seek a professional help. On google there were various people who claimed to be able to fix the problem but I contacted Benchmark IT for they had a 5-star rating continuously.Now after contacting them, since everything is sorted out....I can understand why have they got most of those 5-stars. The only reason that could be is that they truly deserved it.

I called up several people to help me when the installation of NBN messed up my whole network. No one could help until I found these guys, not so far from my home. It took them precisely 45 minutes to reach me after i called them up and then 30 minutes to fix the whole issue. Great job done, definitely 5 star to them.
