It took me 6-months to build up the courage to contact Spartan PT Bungendore. Best decision I’ve made in a very long time.Kevin & Toni provide a service rare to find. Open, honest, knowledgeable, supportive & safe. I can’t recommend them highly enough. All I have to do is stick to the plan, week by week results are evident.Thank you SO much Spartan for restoring my hope and confidence!

Whenever I walk into the gym that is set up at Spartan I am welcomed and accepted 100%, the quality of the equipment is emaculate, I get given top knowledgeable tips and I really feel like whenever I’m working out there I can be myself.

Kev is the perfect balance of a professional coach and personal therapist/friend. I have seen more results with him in the last year, than training solo (and with other PTs) in the last five. His space is also welcoming, motivating and in general a great atmosphere to train in. I could not recommend him enough.

Spartan PT is the type of place you feel excited to go and train at. Kevin keeps you motivated on what you can accomplish and where you are headed. A trainer who you really feel is in your corner and invested in your success.

Spartan Fitness is AMAZING! As a client for just over a year, going to the gym is one of my fav things to do! Very tailored personal service with thoughtful programs that are never boring. Great equipment set up that you don’t have to share or feel self-conscious as in bigger gyms. I have tried to get fit and have been a member of different gyms over the years and can honestly say I have had the best results with Spartan. Kev and Toni are just great, lovely people who want to see you achieve and help in getting to your goal ❤️

Just say YES!In December last year I decided to try to Spartan fitness and although I was nervous not being a gym person or ever having lifted weights before I have been blown away by everything! And I actually find it fun…despite my lack of upper body strength!Toni trains me, is a LEGEND and we have such great chats whilst working out the time flies! I was nervous about weight lifting and getting big muscles, but my work outs are focused on toning me up and my muscles and joints feel stronger every week! I find it easier to chase after and have fun with my 20 month old son!Having tried various diets, fitness apps and other ways to get fit, I just couldn’t shake off the baby weight. With Spartan I’ve managed to lose it (almost 10kg) steadily and sustainably and my body confidence is starting to come back…which is priceless for mental health as well as physical health.You are the only one holding yourself back, and these guys can help you bridge that gap. Age, weight, gender etc. shouldn’t be a barrier for you, all work outs are tailored to your goals.I cannot recommend Spartan, Kev and Toni (the legend!) highly enough! :)

Spartan PT is an excellent space to train and find better versions of yourself. Kev has so many years of experience behind him and has so much knowledge to share. There’s a reason he is hard to get a session with, but it’s so worth it when you do. Highly recommended.

Spartan PT is absolutely awesome! Their facilities are unreal and everything is well kept, clean and hygienic. Kev has really helped me find discipline and motivation inside myself and I look forward to every single session I attend.Ever since the minute I walked into the gym, he was a welcoming and supportive person, with a great personality, I have admired how he never judges anything about your body, your technique, or your personality. He gives you amazing and encouraging advice to better your experience.

I have recently moved to Bungendore and was really missing my old gym. Luckily I found Spartan PT!Kev has provided me with such a wonderful program. He is very motivating while focusing on correct technique and injury prevention. I highly recommend this gym!
