A great op shop to come and visit as they have a large selection of second hand items to have a look at and purchase. I personally like the fact they have a large selection of kitchenware and dinnerware, sometimes you get some high end brands mixed in aswell. Most of the items are good quality too.

This is clearly a for profit organisation. Prices here have got to full retail value and more. When you have people clearly googling retail prices for items then your no longer not for profit. 35 dollars on a used book in an op shop is not right, or 150 dollars on a set of plates. If their worth that much take them to an antique shop. Taking advantage of peoples generosity and donations. Plus theres routinely a skip out back throwing things away. Its a clear sign when a place seems to be building up in stock and not clearing out that their prices are too high. such a shame.

Very overpriced for an op (opportunity) shop. Had my children with me and I was not next to them for about 30seconds and one of my children was told off as I was not with him. For a place supporting a church I was quite disappointed with regards to the price point and also just the treatment in the op shop. Wouldn’t recommend, there are plenty other op shops where the quality and pricing is far more reasonable.

Terrible costumer service my 1 year old daughter was looking through the toys and a worker came around crashing and throwing toys scaring my child and talking under her breath, we proceeded to purchase belongings and there was a sticker on the cat toy which said $2 but they apparently don’t use stickers and applied I had ripped the original tag off and they went to charge $3 and when we said that’s fine and it must of fell while my daughter was carrying it around and they’re attitude was horrible and they decided to say “oh my god” as we left terrible op shop

The place is nice and clean but why are the clothes not sorted according to size?

Came in today with my wife and 2 children, staff were extremely rude and made inappropriate comments to my children. Prices are ridiculously high and so not reflect what a Op shop should be charging to help the community. I can see why the attached church is empty and a complete mess if this is how they are treating the community. Shame on you

I was really disappointed after I came in today. I’ve been to this shop so many times and support second hand shopping all the time. I bought a few items a couple of weeks ago and recently noticed the coat I bought had the shoulder pads cut out. I came back today with my original receipt and said that the coat was only $24 of the total $40 receipt, and that I know I don’t have the tag on the coat but that I promise the coat is from the store and that I know this is based on trust. I didn’t even want a refund, I just wanted to exchange it because the coat was faulty. The lady said “we don’t know if it’s been worn” even though it was already worn because it’s from an op shop…Even though I have come here many times and I had my receipt, and I didn’t try to lie about the price, she didn’t want to let me exchange it, which was just a bit upsetting.I work in retail and that there are exceptions where you can wiggle around rules like “not having the tag”, especially when I see someone is trustworthy, and this is one of those situations where I believe an exchange would have been warranted.
