Honestly couldnt recommend Palms Physiotherapy and Kirsty highly enough!Kirsty is the only person that can fix my neck, I always wait too long between visits until Im feeling horrible, and walk out floating on air.Very professional, kind and the type of practitioner that when youre in with her, you have her full attention (you can tell shes not off thinking about whats next etc). Very caring and full of knowledge.

As a healthcare worker doing long hours, I needed to find a highly recommended physiotherapist and thankfully found Kirsty at Palms Physiotherapy!My first visit today resulted in significant pain reduction.I have also been given a realistic exercise programme to work on in between visits.Most definitely will recommend Kirsty to my coworkers and family/friends.

After several months of suffering with hip bursitis and torn ligament I finally sought treatment from Kirsty and this has made such a huge difference to me and I have been able to walk a lot further without pain. Kirsty uses everything on me...massage, heat, ultrasound and transcutaneous Electrical nerve stimulation TENS, which has been so soothing. I highly recommend Kirsty to all my friends.

I initially saw Kirsty for my worker’s compensation injury back in 2011 and she has been treating me ever since for various other injuries over the years. Kirsty helped me recover from my back injury with a combination of physiotherapy and Pilates. Pilates was such a great time, other patients and myself would have a laugh and distraction from our injuries whilst working on strengthening our core muscles to prevent future injury. Kirsty is a lovely and professional physiotherapist and I need to hurry up and get onto booking another session before she books up again :)
