This review is for the beauty room. I’m am beyond dissatisfied with the service I received for my 8 year old daughters ear piercing. After having her ears pierced, during which, one lobe had to be done twice. This earring fell out one week later. I returned immediately to the beauty room. I was told that sometimes the ear rings can be defective, and I should return 2 weeks later for the lobe to be re-pierced, with no cost. Having returned today for the re-piercing, I was asked to pay again. I told them I was told there would be no charge. As they did not have the same earring in stock, they said to choose another, and they would change both. My little girl was terrified, following her first experience. They showed no sympathy, nor offered any apology. I decided not to change the second earring, as my daughter was distraught. When I said I would take the other earring and change it myself at the appropriate time span. I was told “no since you haven’t paid, we will keep it as a spare” . Their attitude and treatment was unprofessional to say the least. I would not recommend this service to everyone.

So I was in earlier this week and asked about what the current status of semaglutide was. I was specifically told by the other female pharmacist that the books were open for new scripts and to drop mine back. Fasting blood sugar is over 8.6. I dropped script in today, along with a script for a weight loss medication. They refused to put me on the waiting list.Maybe you should get your stories straight across all staff or is it because I happened to be trying to fill a script for a diet medication at the same time?Feels a LOT like discrimination to me ats and a judgement call with my health being made by you because I simply happen to need to use a weight loss medication due to uncontrolled thyroid issue AND uncontrolled diabetes.My diabetes is genetic. Medication is no longer working and I am sole carer for my mother, who has dementia, and my father passed away just over a month ago.The stress of working f/t, running my own business as well, and caring for someone with moderate dementia and the death of my father and handling all their affairs is putting my diabetes over the top. Still, thanks for the poor judgement call with my health.And no, I actually don’t believe what you are saying because I was told the supplies have filled your backorders, your books are now open for new scripts. I also know another woman at work who was told the EXACT same thing.Pretty disappointing. So, ty but it will be a hard pass from me on purchasing anything from you in the future.

I have been a regular customer here for the last 3 years and in that time I have received nothing but the most friendly and professional service I could ask for. The staff are always courteous and helpful, They have gone out of there way on several occasions to have my scrips filled (staff have gone to the other blooms chemist to get medication if short)I highly recommend this chemist to anyone looking for a friendly, courteous and professional service.

My review is because of Kristy (sorry if I got the name wrong) on the perfume counter. She went above and beyond during a really busy time to help me find what I needed and with my subsequent purchase. Customer service like this is hard to come by these days. Please pass this on to her. She deserves a raise, or more credit or just a big hug!

Amazing to get such personalised service from the whole team. Really warm welcome and staff from the pharmacist through to the assistants were all helpful and all treated this customer with a really surprising personal touch.
