I'm a landscaper and have used this business for eight years. The owner is a nice chap. However, the young woman, at the desk, never fails to offend with her unnecessary hostility and belligerence. I don't need the sickly sweet, American style, attention BUT I do require some basic, decent manners. Today, her toxic behaviour crossed the line with an array of expletives. It's not unreasonable when handing over significant amounts of money to be thanked. THAT'S what old school" is. I will be taking my business elsewhere form now on."
