Showed up for an 8.30am appointment this morning to be advised that I didn't have one even though i received a message when i booked it online that it was confirmed and when i booked it, the system asked for my credit card details!!!!!!! Apparently i needed to receive another text message the day before to confirm. I DIDNT GET ONE!! Reception staff booked me another on the spot, they indicated that i should get a text message NOW that i have a booking....STILL DIDNT GET ONE!! Do you understand people are busy, why do i need to follow up with you when i receive a message upon booking the appointment, it clearly indicates in the message that its confirmed!!! And i just booked one with you in person and i need to confirm again?? and now i need to follow up you guys for a confirmation....ridiculous, system needs to be corrected!! I am time poor as it is...don't have much faith in this system!! Reception staff not very sympathetic and seemed to shrug it off with some attitude!! Please investigate the issue with your booking system, cant afford to waste my time again!!!

This is a complaint about their Reception staff, as I couldn't even get through to them. I called 3 times in a row. During the 3 times, I was waiting at least 7 minutes, listening to a recording saying I was 4th in line, 3rd in line and so on. In all 3 times, as soon as someone answered the phone, they hang up. What kind of service is this that you just hang up on people seeking medical appointments repeatedly? Do better!

Reception staff are always polite, prompt and professional. Nurse team also fantastic, knowledgeable and caring. Have been coming here since 2012. Tend to have long practicing GPs in terms of tenure so my daughter and I enjoy consistency in excellent care over the years. First Dr Goyal, then Dr Matthew Wilson and in more recent years as both these GPs have moved out of the area. Dr Richard Cai. Dr Cai is kind, experienced, thorough GP. Dr Cai is very dilgent in follow up appointments as well, thank you we appreciate the care this clinic provides us.

Waited over an hour for an appointment and have a valid concession card and was charged $70 then when I call they say no refund. What a joke of a clinic been going for years but never again !!!

My one year old son has seen Dr Huda on multiple occasions and I cannot recommend her highly enough for a sick child. She is caring and experienced.Dr Hamsa has been a knowledgeable and thorough GP throughout the initial stages of my pregnancy.Two excellent doctors at this practice!

I’ve been going to this clinic for years. There have been a few instances in the past with reception that I have let slide as I understand that most healthcare workers are burnt out. Considering I myself am a healthcare worker I do understand the intensity of the work.But this last occasion is enough to cause me to write this.The lack of empathy the receptionist had for me when I called asking if my script could be sent to my email was astounding. This is medication I need to take daily and if don’t it can cause serious side effects, so naturally I had room for concern. Her response to me was “well if we did it for you we’d have to do it for everyone” followed by “I understand you’ve gone away and can’t get your medication but that is your responsibility so I can’t do anything for you” (ok yeah I’m human and I forgot something, it’s 2023 not the 1800’s, hello technology). She also said begrudgingly “ugh i can ask a colleague but yeah i don’t know” .I felt pretty shocked with this response. Of course I can understand if this is not protocol, however I did not need to be victim blamed and shamed, especially when it’s a medication I already feel shameful about. I then spoke to a nearby pharmacist to gauge their opinion on the matter and they believed that the response of your receptionist didn’t sound right. So I called back, this time being met with someone else on the line. Who told me much of the same but atleast was abit more willing to assist me. Still shocked at the lack of professionalism, I asked for the previous receptionists name as I wanted to follow up on the way she handled the situation.To which the current receptionist accused me of “being rude and harassing them”.Long story short, I’ve made a complaint to the health commissioner about this event , but just thought I would post this on here. So perhaps, the people involved can recognise their actions as insensitive and inappropriate and similar events can be prevented from happening in the future.

Dr Matthew Wilson is the best Dr I have ever been treated by. He is highly professional, empathetic, thorough and extremely capable. I work in the healthcare industry and its very very rare to meet a male Dr with such an excellent bedside manner.

You need to be more transparent with your new billing procedure. Sending a $75 invoice to a patient for a 6 minute consultation and your admin team not being of assistance with how it was derived is not adequate. If your charging on a time basis then be clear about how long is a short, long, standard appointment, as opposed to being informed it’s upto the doctor.

I have attended CFC for over 11yrs and I wish I had somewhere else to go.I have just called for an appointment today (Friday) to be told to CALL BACK AT 9AM to see if they can fit me in tomorrow!!! How is that ok? As they only accept walk ins on Saturday apparently?This used to be 5 star review due to Matthew Wilson who's now left. Looks like Ill be taking my daughters and myself elsewhere as well.Disgusting treatment!

Was a patient here for many years and can definitively say, there were only a couple of good tenant doctors during that time.The current staff are all burnt out, which ultimately gets taken out as contempt on the patients who deserve to be treated with respect and decent medical care.Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere.
