I wouldn't bother I recently bought a SP100 pump hoping it would solve the problem of water filling an area between two rain water tanks i have. I placed the pump in the pit and it has less than a metre head to discharge the clean water. The flow rates it states on the box are a lie, i would be lucky if it pumps 20 ltrs per 5 minutes and thats being generous. Maybe there other pumps are ok but the SP100 is a joke.
