Mad Harry's! A one stop shop for all my kitchenware, cosmetics, toys, stationery, flowers, hardware, candles, art & craft, prints & picture frames, lollies, cards & wrap and Manchester! Honestly good to see a place like this still going after over 20 years! A hark back to simpler times when your Coles and Woolworths were a distant dream away, before the Melbournites in their foul masses stole the charm of this beautiful town. Mad Harry's is a getaway, a retreat from the whitewashed soul of contemporary Australia, the sign, unwaivering, graphics unphased by the slow march of time and the corporate simplification that has beheld many Australian small businesses. It sticks out like a sore thumb in this neoliberal hellscape and for that I award it a hearty 5 stars!

Alice Springs general store. Sell all sorts from tools to wool to souvenirs to toys. (Equivalent to B&M in the UK)Polite, helpful staff and has its own carpark with free parking.

A must do I Alice Springs.I vist this place every time I go up there. Huge store filled with all-sorts of toys, gifts an nic-nacs. My type of shop.Got lots of pressys for the kids an big kids.

This is a major local art supplier, as well as other wares. It has good prices and a local feel despite the bizarre name.
