I found Smart Choice Roof Restoration online whilst looking for a company to restore my cement tile roof. I had quote from locally recommended companies that looked dodgy and over quoted. When Sam arrived he jumped straight up on the roof and had a good look. When he came down he explained everything that was needed and provided a very competitive quote that day. Sam offered more then other quotes at a better value and was genuine in what needed doing. I immediately knew Sam and his team were the right people for the job.Sam and Phil came and did the whole job over three days. They cleaned the roof, replaced the valleys, installed new storm seal, rebedded all the loose ridges, repointed, primed and resprayed the roof with two coats. Sam also replaced 20+ tiles that I didn’t even realise were broken/chipped/worn down. He even got some more spare tiles and painted them so if I ever need them in the future.Over the three day restoration I watched and could see how much effort they were putting into it. At the end when they were putting on the final coat they had to get more paint to ensure it had a proper thick and even coat. They didn’t cut corners or skimp on the job. I am so happy with the results and highly recommend them.
