Just came off a most unpleasant telephone conversation with someone who believes he has more power and knowledge in this life than he does, who's condescending tone will get him in trouble one day soon. Thanks for nothing. It is worth noting that this practice has not caught up with the rest of Australia, and therefore does not apparently load results into your My Health Record available through My Gov.

I cannot imagine that the people who have written bad reviews actually went to the same centre.I rang a couple of days before to check information and the person could not have been more helpful or pleasant. The same for when I arrived, reception was professional, polite and helpful. I warned the nurse that getting blood from me is never easy, she was gentle and I didn't give any blood! A 'senior' was called in and voila, blood.It was a seamless and excellent service. Now for the results!

Terrible Service.. They didn’t give my covid test result until my flight departure.. I had to book another flight because of that..BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PATHOLOGY!!!!

The woman who did the test was very gentle, and every movement was friendly and did not cause me discomfort. I'm very happy to be here for a test.

I asked for an experienced person in taking blood via hand. And she was amazing! Can't have my arms to draw blood with, only my hands. And normally I'm poked and the needle has a little wiggle. Leaving a sore hand for a day or two. Didn't feel it! Very pleasent experience and has helped in my fear of needles! Thank you. :)

Staff at front desk are lovely. The lady who took my bloods, straight away suggested, that I could go to any collection place, that I didn't have to go to Frederick street, she told me this several times, I informed her that my Dr had told me to come to Frederick street, she went on about this for about 5 minutes and informed me that she wouldn't get a break until later in the day because it was so busy. I explained to her that I had a phone consult and was told to go to Frederick street, after she told me that there was a collection centre at Kings meadows.When someone comes to the practice, they don't need to feel unwelcome, we all have bad days, but please think of the patients, we don't want to be there , we are there out of necessity.My husbands name is on the post.
