My wife ordered a single pizza for dinner at 5.30 2hrs and 2 phone calls later the pizza was delivered. One suburb over from woodvale less then a 10min drive. The first call we were told it was on its way. The second call was 40 mins after the first call. During the second call the person I was speaking too was discussing their customer concerns with the manager saying I was yelling at her. I did not raise my voice and if I seemed upset it because 2 hours for one pizza is upsetting.Very poorly handled and very unprofessional.

Great pizza! Ordered 2x family pizzas, bbq chicken & the works. Came to $35.00. I recommend this place, the works was awesome. Nice crispy base & plenty of toppings.

Pizza's were delicious as usual, however the delivery time was shocking. I placed the order at 4.15pm and was given a delivery time of 75 minutes which I thought was quite long anyway given how early I'd ordered. I rang at 6pm to check on the delivery status and was told they were on their way. They arrived at 6.10 almost 2 hours after I ordered them! This is the second time the delivery has been 30min after the expected time. Very unreliable! However cannot fault the pizza's!

Online ordering system was easy. I ordered in the afternoon and selected a 7.00-7.15pm delivery (for a Saturday night). The pizza arrived at 7.06pm and the lovely delivery man even apologised for being 6 minutes late! I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free garlic bread as well. The pizza was fresh, hot and delicious. Super happy with the experience so we'll definitely be going back.

Waited over 2 hours, had to ring twice while listen to the receptionist in the background talk about me to receive the most oil based and hard topping meat. Never ever use again, disgusting and literally uneatable.
