Bought a car from Kylie and within two weeks it can't be driven and will cost me more $$. Just be aware that her husband does the roadworthys for her cars and obviously dodgy ones. Also be aware that they do no statutory warranty!!!!Regarding below response, turned out to be numerous things wrong with the car. They knew this car was my sons first car, yet sold something that was far from safe. We also did not receive the sensor they are referring to. Take your own mechanic if ever purchasing a car from them.

My car needed some small fixes for the roadworthy and Scott helped me quickly and without appointed to pass the roadworthy within 2 days.Very friendly and helpful family business, can only recommend.

Have known the owners of PC's for almost 20yrs and only ever had a helpful & quick response to any issue's if any, from my dealings with them.Have been involved with many vehicles over this period & the price tags usually will indicate the risks anyone takes with product quality. Fact.I have had several shocking experiences with the very large New vehicle dealerships, being over charged for services & small problems that PC'S would do for free. I'm sure.Second hand cars are what they are, you will never know what they were driven & maintained like for their life on or off the road. Loved or abused. No bruises or scars are visible.If you are expecting a perfect car, buy a new one.Wal.

I have bought two cars off Kylie and Scott in the past 5 years and both still run as smooth as the day we drove them away. They are a trustworthy and reliable business and are extremely helpful in the car buying process. I have always had a positive experience with them and they are always willing to help with any queries I may have. Will continue to use them in the future.

Very disappointed with the service here. I would not recommend PC Used Cars to anyone as they are unreliable, dodgy (they do their own dodgy road worthy's) very bad with their communication and I found Kylie extremely rude.It's very common for mechanics to take advantage of young girls as they think we don't know anything about cars. Speaking to Kylie I thought this wouldn't happen as she would understand that.. I was very wrong. I bought my car off them 2 years ago (which they actually failed to tell me it had been written off by the way!). Took it in for a service one day, and never heard back so I called their shop.. all their phones were off and I could not contact them! Later that night Kylie contacted me and said sorry they lost my number" after I saw her write it down in their book. I had to leave my car there overnight and had work the next morning which I ended up being late for because of this!! I then took my car there to be repaired after being in an accident

Purchased a car for 6 grand and on a diagnosis from a certified mechanic outside of PC it needed over 4 grand to be safe to drive. Specific questions were asked to Kylie at PC about vehicle mechanics and we were told there was nothing wrong with the car at all. PC issues their own rwc and after seeing other people's reviews I am reassured that PC abuses their ability to issue rwc. Asked for reimbursement but do not expect any. Sadly I do not recommend their services based on honesty issues.Update: You will find the owner responded to my review with her own five star slightly stalkerish review. If you are going to bring costumers private details that are basically petty name shaming in response to our issue with how you run your business, it helps warn off other potential buyers. So well done, you have yourself accomplished more then I could have alone with sharing my experience.Update:. Owner removed five star post and replaced it with reply below. Reply needs correction in that my review of crooks noosa has no mention of overcharging. Feel free to present real information.
