Made an appointment but no-one showed up. Called three times and left two voice mails whilst waiting for OT - but no phone call was returned. Gave up waiting after 30 mins. Followed up with an email asking what had happened to our appointment - no response. Suspicious/infected emails received shortly afterwards. I appreciate sometimes business systems fail or get hacked, but the failure to respond to phone calls/messages is pretty poor particularly when it's a missed appointment by the OT with no explanation.
