I’m really appreciate the team seating me 45 minutes prior to closing, the service was very friendly, however, I wish they had refused as my nails were rushed and the overall experience average. It’s obvious not enough layers we’re applied, I can see the whites of my nail under the colour.I missed out on the manicure, hand massage, moisturiser and general ‘salon pamper’ feeling, which was understandable given the time frame, however, I do feel a little ripped off as I was charged $50 for my 25 minute stay. ☹️

Fantastic experience. Fitted two of us in at short notice and did a great job with my pedi. Foot massage made me sleepy! Thoroughly recommend Five Star Nails. Prices were very reasonable too.

Very impressed with the service I received for my first time at five star nails on Caloundra. A lovely man did them for me and he did them so very well and the shape is just perfect sharp stilettos my favourite. Good price point and very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this nail salon.

Lovely ladies and lovely service. Emily did my friends acrylic nails and they were just perfect. Had great customer service and was great to have chats with. Highly recommend her!

First time I went into this salon was a couple of weeks ago and I was extremely happy with the service I had received! My nails have lasted no breaking no nail polish clipped and still look beautiful! The staff are all super friendly! I have already set another appointment and happy to say I have found my new nail place

Had nails done by a young lady who did and awful job, it was painfully and I was bleeding. She didn't seem to care and wasn't paying attention. I also overheard here complaining to her next client. When paying, I showed the owner, he seemed very disappointed and appolotic and completely redid my nails. He did an amazing job and was very kind. All other staff were kind and friendly and offered great service.

I always get the best looking nails when I walk out! Thanks to Lucy and Fung! I only go to these ladies and have been doing so for the last year and a half. Thanks to all staff for being friendly and helpful as well!
