five star experience. the place is fully renovated....looking great , service is spot on and friendly :) and the food ?? lovely and good selection with reasonable prices- thank you very much...ill be back :)

Staff are friendly as! Drinks are cheap! 6$!!!! For beer! Better than brisbane! And food. Oh my god the bangers and mash are delicious!! 10/10!

Went with a group for dinner , booked ahead , told of 59 min wait on ordering , which was fine . Unfortunately our meals came out not together , estimated 3/4 hour between our meals , some of our group were finished before others received their meals.$31 for my parmigiana very dissatisfied with amount of sauce and cheese , parmigiana overcooked dry ,I imagine as I was one of the last served they were running out of product .Staff were obviously frazzled realising that they could not provide a certain level of service .Very disappointing average food .

My husband and I went there for lunch yesterday. The food was lovely but the customer service was non-existent. We were the only ones in the Hotel so its not like they were busy. I tried to make conversation but found the reply rather rude so didn't pursue. On leaving the Hotel, after a couple of drinks, I told the lady how much we had enjoyed our meals and she just made a noise and turned the other way. I feel they could of been more friendly towards us as customers. I am not a local but do know of four other couples who live nearby and will not be recommending this Hotel to them.

Get out of the city and go here this weekend. We are all still talking about the Easter we stayed here. It was a spur of the moment trip that turned into something incredible. We ate, we drank we sang songs and when we could party no more we slept like babes in beautifully appointed rooms upstairs. You must stay here at least once.

Delightfully rustic country pub with quirky memorabilia. Indoor dining or relaxing outdoor area. Relaxing main bar area for a quiet drinkGenerous meals reasonably priced catering for all tastes serving lunch & dinner.Themed specials on specific nights.Definitely worth a visit & definitely coming back.

Tonight I ordered a Nemo pizza and a cheesy garlic bread! I asked how long n was told about 15 minutes! I went down to pick it up! But tonight was close to n hour wait! When I got the pizza the publication had too look inside to make sure it was the right 1! When I got home I looked and the pizza base was so thin half the pizza fell off the baise as I went to pick it up! The other half stuck to the pizza box! I am a local n have been going to this place close to 2yrs but tonight is the last time! Really disappointed!!!

First Saturday of the month they have live music and a pig on the spit with lovely backed vegies, In my opinion it was all GREAT very friendly staff, great service and with the company of my hubby Greg, dad Herb and sep-mum Jan what more could you ask for arrrrh.

Great, friendly new owners. They are giving the pub a complete refit! New kitchen, new verandah, new paint, stripping out the interior and refreshing the rooms. Come end of April mid-May. This will be the place to go.

What a great place to go with a group of friends. The staff couldn't have done any more to make it a great weekend. Great food, good music, great service. We will be back again soon. Thanks
