Waited 30 mins for an undercut, no smile, no effort to be approachable. Previous customer was a mother and teenage daughter, couldn’t be more helpful, I waited patiently and then my turn.Come take a seat I was told, didn’t introduce herself, no smile, I got asked “ so what am I doing?”Just an undercut please was my response, it’s amazing how often I find businesses who offer a service to people who also have to be polite, communicate and be approachable, well, not in this case.All I wanted was a simple undercut, I told her, keep it in line with my eyebrows going down to a point at the back, she sectioned my hair, and again I had to mention where I wanted the line of undercut to go. When I’d done this I also mentioned that I wanted the undercut at the side and back to go just above the ear line and down to a point. This means that the undercut line is closer to the top of my ears and going down further at the back of my head.Do she starts parting my hair, all good so far, in the meantime there’s no conversation which I tried to do, no smile, nothing, I was under the impression she understood what I wanted….obviously I was wrong.Upon completion I wasn’t shown what she had done in the mirror, no side view, nothing. Just an abrupt Your all done, and I was happy that it felt lighter and not stiflingly hot around my neck.I tried to joke with her but I just gave up and I asked how much, paid and left.Cheapest undercut I’d ever had really.Still there’s no excuse for rudeness. I bet If I’d walked in wearing top range clothing, wanting to spend 400 you would have made the effort!!!I’ve come home, haven’t thought too much about it and I’ve just gotten my daughter to take a picture of the back of my head and the undercut is way to high, how hard is it to listen???!!!! omg I’m so peeved, it was a simple undercut!!!I’m sick to death of trying to find a decent hairdresser these days that will listen, now I’ve just decided to do my own undercuts and colour.To top it off I now have to out grow where she’s messed up. Soooooo annoying!!!!I really only have this to say - IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB LEAVE!!!!!! You obviously hate your job and can’t be bothered , so stop the aggravation from customers who are disappointed with your service!! And leave or retire!!! Listening to what customers want is a given, hair takes time to grow back!!! But why do you care!!! Not your problem right? I don’t understand why hairdressing salons don’t have a watchdog that can put these types of businesses out of action.

Had some time to kill and went in with my partner as I needed a haircut. The two women in the empty store could not have been less interested or more rude. The darker haired one then proceeded to whack my head with clippers, yank my head left, right and up and down, and scratch me up with her amazing man-hands. There was much heavy sighing, as though I was a difficult customer. If I could have laughed out loud, I would have, as I felt like I was in a bad comedy sketch. When she was finished hating her job, her and her equally frightening 'colleague' started some loud conversation about someone's mum, while we stood there like nongs waiting to pay. How this 'business' keeps open is utterly beyond me.

Crappiest haircut experience I've ever had, rude staff, and terrible customer service. One of them had nails like a witch that dig into your head everytime she grabs your head. And they were in a rush to get all the haircuts done as quick as possible even they weren't busy at all. Messed up my hair and then blamed me and my previous barber and said that she couldn't do anything because my previous barber messed up my hairline and I don't know how hair should be cut properly.

If you say the wait is ‘not long’ then I shouldn’t still be waiting there 40 minutes later. Ladies seemed more interested in gossiping than actually getting their current clients done in a timely manner, no matter how many people were starting to line up outside.

went there and got my hair cut loved it until i was told by 4 people it was crooked as. came back a third time today and the lady that attempted to fix it had an atrocious attitude towards me and should not have a job. she didnt brush my hair to fix it or anything she got the shaver out and went at it cutting CHUNKS from my hair i was very upset and pulled away from her. she was repeatedly yelling at me that its not crooked but she wouldn't have to cut it if it wasnt. not happy with my service today she shouldnt speak to ANYONE like that as a minor i was talked down to and yelled at. this is discusting they offered no refund or anything to me, and i left with my hair today worse than ever. i ended up being lucky enough to have a friend whos aunty is a hairdresser she fixed it for me . do not go here unless you want to be yelled at spoken to horribly , have services you dont want pushed on you and have to come back 3 times to get your hair FIXED.i wish i could upload photos

As I’m very particular with my hair it was hard to find a good hairdresser, but I come across Dani & she was absolutely fantastic. Will recommend for sure. Thanks Dani I love my hair.

My sister got a cut there and they were a little rude when we dropped her off. We didn't think much of it at the time, but she said the staff was rude to her the whole time. Snarky tone, huffing and sighing like she had done something wrong and made her wait to pay (which resulted in a 'oh you again' reaction when they finally decided to take her money).Just really rude and seems like a weird attitude for a business to have.

The worst haircut I think I’ve ever had!They did the opposite to what I asked for and made comments about my hair that were rude and embarrassing while trying to convince me to have a colour done that I didn’t want.My partner had the same experience in the past but we were hoping that was a one off bad experience.. unfortunately not.Will never go back and will tell others not to go there either.
