Gateway models is a small family owned business, that continually provides excellent service, with great customer based service and reliability, great dispatch times, perfect packaging and great prices. From diecast models, magazines, collectables and much more. Find them on eBay and online. I rate them 5⭐️. I have purchased models and diecast magazines from them a number of times and will continue to do so. Just a couple of pics of some of my purchases from Gateway Models.

I was looking for a gift for a young Family member in Brisbane and being in the U.K it was going to be expensive to send anything to Australia. Looked into Gateway Model Cars and purchased a gift token instead. brilliant people, purchased through ebay and was easy to pickup locally. although it was a tad difficult to find where the store exactly was. other than that 5 stars

Rang today to enquire if a particular Diecast model that I was chasing was in stock & available. Was advised after some delay that yes this model had only just been received and traded. When I asked what the price was I was informed that as yet it had not been priced for sale. Another customer, assumingly was more important than my phone enquiry, unsure if this customer was in the shop at counter or was on the other line. I was disconnected. No offer to take my number to call me back once the pricewas known. I had to call back a few minutes later. Was given no apology for line disconnect. Very poor customer service. Customer service is seriously lacking. Costs nothing but makes a huge difference in influencing ones perception of how interested the staff are in really assisting with enquires. I was treated like a ‘time waster’ and not important enough to receive basic courtesy. Pity.
