Watched a security guard from this mob wrongly abuse two customers of the novotel resort on the sunshine coast in the pool area on Saturday. The customer tried to diffuse the issue but the security guard resorted to foul language and carried on like a pork chop. Seems to pride himself on making all the paying customers feel as uncomfortable as possible. This guy should not be around a resort, let alone speaking to any customers. He has absolutely no regard for the idea that people are paying good money for a holiday and should be spoken too like rubbish. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM IF YOU OWN A HOTEL AND WANT TO SUPPLY A DECENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!!
