my second time visiting this place. To be honest. My first visit was really happy. Good communication and got the style i expected. So i thought give a trim right before the new year. I went there. And this time was another hairdresser(Lisa),she asked me what style i would like. I said i just like to trim my hair. After this she started to humiliating me in front of i think 6+ customers. The reason for her to started to humiliating me is because its to cheap for trim. That's NOT what the price she expected. My suggestion is if you want to do your hair style and dye your hair. Maybe it is a place for you to go. Because they can charge you more money. They will treat you like god. Don't expect same service if you do a sample hair trim. All they think about is money not loyalty. In these years if there is no loyalty how can a small business survive. GOOD LUCK MINGS HAIR! PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR STAFF WISELY[Smile]

Not sure about why this hair salon got a bad review - but my first time here was wonderful: cheap, professional, no waiting time, excellent cut, will definitely come back for Ray the barber

Disgusting scam of a place. Stated $10 for a men's haircut on the entrance which I further clarified with the hairdresser. Then was charged $20 and told that the sign which stated $10 was incorrect despite also the verbal confirmation before I got my hair cut. Don't come here unless you want your money taken from you without a say.

Quality haircuts at an affordable price. I get my hair cut by Ray, and it’s always a good haircut - he’s precise and fast - highly recommend!

Went for simple cut, which is $10 according to the pricing table, but they said it's $15 when I sat down. Saw the other reviews about same issue too- Not honest business. Not happy, and left for another place.

The hairdressers here are very skilled. Have never had a bad haircut from any of them. Always happy with their styling and have received lots of compliments from friends after getting a haircut there.Their prices are reasonable and I've always been charged the price stated at the beginning. Some of the stylists prefer to speak Chinese.

it is good place and close to the train station. The woman hairdresser is very professional. Hair perm and colour even hair cut are all afordable price.

Ask the wait 10 mins and 1 hour make me wait. The customer tried save ten dollor and will lose whole hour till other hair shop is close.

At first, I asked for the price of men's haircut - no wash which was said at $13. Which I thought ok, pretty good value and I'm in a rush as the other places were full of queue (post covid rush) but this one didn't have much and thought to support since it was hidden away and not busy.Then was asked to come back for 10 mins, which I did, then a man barber was assigned to me, communication was difficult, had to ask 3x to fix various area of the cut which is unfavourable as I prefer not to do that. At the end I was ok it might be due to the price so thinking to get a second haircut and at the end at the till, the man put into his calculator a different price for $30. I told him it was wrong price, he and the lady spoke, and she said to the man in chinese which I understood basic chinese - he won't be coming back". So they still charged me at $30

Good and convenient location, nice and clean shop. The staffs can always provide the hairstyle you desired.
