Fiona & her Team (Tess, Pete & Chris) provided an exceptional service in respect to inspecting my appliance, providing the manufacturer with a timely report on the problem, picking it up as agents for the manufacturer and follow up via telephone and emails as to progress - would highly recommend!

They were very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. The ladies assisted me to diagnose the likely problem over the phone, then gave me quotes for call out /repair and parts. In the end they ordered in the custom part for me and I was able to repair it myself. I'm very grateful for their help.

Scott came over to repair our dishwasher. He was extremely helpful and it was very refreshing to have a technician who was actually interested in solving the issue and also whilst solving the issue he explained in detail the possible reasons we were experiencing the technical issues with our new dishwasher. Highly recommend Scott and this company. Very satisfied customer.
