Kate's Garden Shed and Pantry is just bursting with amazing wholesome food, advice, workshops in sour dough and cultured butter and integrity. She is open certain days of the week and by appointment. The food is of the highest quality and the choice is just excellent. She sources as much food as possible from both Tasmania and her native Adelaide. Just love her shop and her philosophy of healthy food and eating. A must to go to if you enjoy good quality ethical food.

Kate Flint's pantry is fantastic. Sourdough ingredients, home made yoghurt, water keffir, organic produce, fermentation knowledge ..... permaculture, etc, seed saving, etc, garden tips, spices. You can catch Kate at the Cygnet Market. Or call at her house by arrangement.
