Disgusted with the customer service. Called up twice to ask for a quote, man who picked up was friendly and provided quote. Had some trouble finding the place and man over the phone told me it’s inside the pharmacy. The man at the dispensary wasn’t very friendly and just said dry cleaning up front when I asked without any greeting. The old woman servicing me repeatedly interrupted me rudely as I was asking questions to pull up my mask twice even though it was already up? Walked out and took my business to Belmore dry cleaners instead where I was actually treated with respect and highly professional staff. Do not recommend unless you want to deal with their racism.

I changed to Dux Drycleaners because they were exceptionally priced. I have never experienced such a high level of service from a dry cleaning company. They a friendly (know you name), offer great advice and do a fantastic job on my clothes. There have been a few times I asked for a very quick turnaround time and they got it done. I can't recommend Sonal and Vanita highly enough and I'm sure I will see you soon. Lastly make sure you become a member for fantastic deals!

This is by far the best dry cleaner I have ever been to. Sonal is very friendly and takes incredible care of all my clothes. All of my clothes end up looking better than new. Also very affordable, would highly recommend!

Top service, competitive pricing ($18.5 for 5 business shirts), next day turn around is no problem. Have used weekly for 3 months and have not had any issues at all. Would recommend.

Dropped off 12 garments to be dry-cleaned. Very happy with thir services. I left $50 in my pockets by accident and they were very honest in telling me and returning the money. Great customer service!

THE BEST service I have ever encountered at a dry cleaners. Very friendly staff and always goes the extra mile with service. The pricing is also very reasonable! Can’t reccomend highly enough.

I took 4 jackets to 397 Whitehorse Rd Balwyn for dry cleaning on the 21 January 2021. Everything was ok when the staff gave me the receipt and told me that I will receive a call when the clothes are ready for pick up. On 23 January 2021 at 11:30 am, I received the phone call from the Dux Clearing (9882 3655) and too me that one of clothing may be damaged, he said that if you agree we can go ahead, my answer was fine. After he told me that the staff made mistakes that I need to pay more money for them to do this job, otherwise I need take all clothes back. I said that they made the mistake not me, then he started raising his voice saying that he won’t be cleaning for me and that I must pick up my clothes from 397 Whitehorse Rd Balwyn( next to Woolworths),otherwise he will charge me because I said that it was not my fault and that his staff made the mistakes.
