I picked up a roof top tent delivery this week and was really impressed with the depot. Easy driveway to navigate with a truck or trailer. Very helpful in the loading. Highly recommended.

This company cannot find my shipment that was going to my supplies and have failed to provide details as to when it will. Not good enough. Would not recommend

I ordered a package from Queensland that was sent through Chemcouriers. According to tracking, it arrived at the Mainfreight depot in Canberra at 0700 11 May. I called at 0930 12 May to ask about expected delivery. I was told it would be on the second run that day and the driver would call ahead. Neither happened. The package was finally delivered 0930 13 May. I don't understand why the package sat on the depot floor for two days. I would not use this company nor recommend them to anyone else.

That's the worst service of the history, I ordered an item online and mainfreight was the delivery company.It was sitting in their depot for weeks, whenever I call, they say it will be delivered today and so on, the same story every single day.And I started thinking that's a scam.Don't deal with them that's an advice from a genuine family.

This mob has been delivering for a wine company that our business uses for many years, and every time without fail we have an issue. Told the rep for the wine company many times and he has passed on the complaint many times as well, clearly falling on deaf ears so I’m writing a complaint on here.Weather it is 5 cases of wine or 45 cases of wine these people do not want to deliver the product into our premise. The only company that I have ever delt that will not trolly a product into my shop. They will make a fuss every time demanding my staff go outside and get it off the truck or from the driveway where they decide it’s is acceptable To unload and leave. I have even had them leave $3+k worth of wine outside and they not even let us know just so they can avoid bringing it in. Another time they dumped a pallet load using another business’ forklift right between the back doors of the rear entrance to the shop to the point the staff could not exit the rear of the shop without climbing over the pallet of wine.Today a frustrated driver did trolly the wine in, 3 trollys worth so not that much, demanded I wrote in the receipt that it was “hand deleivered”? What? How else are you meant to deliver something??...Absolutely terrible service.
