Mr kos was recommended to us 4 years ago from someone who doesn't Live in the area so that goes to show it's very good Chinese. The food is fantastic always fresh always hot and always delicious. You can ring and order and it's always ready very quickly they always say 10/15 minutes and it always seems to be ready when I arrive. It's very popular!

I had been coming here for 10+ years. Never been disappointed with their food, until today. I ordered 2 combination short soups and after opening the lid i noticed there was a tiny bug floating in the soup. At first I thought it was parts of the broccoli.. I mixed the soup to see if there were more and there was so many! There had to be more than 20 tiny bugs in there.. They were everywhere.. So disappointed..

The food is very good and fresh and the service friendly.They give large servings too.4 stars.Vegetable spring rolls are a favourite but the downside is having to wait about 7 mins for them to be cooked.Today the spring rolls were cold in the middle (never happened before).I went back and they happily cooked fresh ones for me.

Wow definitely gone down hill. It must of been the worse food I have had from there. Price is not worth it.I’ll think twice before going back.

Ordered a small takeaway serve yesterday, however the lady filled the large serve, and was adamant (infact started arguing that I had ordered a large serve and must pay likewise). Not that best customer service at all!

All depends who serves you.The girl I got last week was rude disrespectful and so on.She even threw what I asked for into the bin and walked off.Luckily another woman had witnessed what had happened and took over

Best place for Chinese, excellent customer service and food is always on point. Better food then many restaurants I've been to, they are the definition of quality and quantity ! Best in the business !

Within the context of mall food court takeaway chinese, 4 stars. Reliably saucy, large servings, fast service. Not amazing, not healthy - But you know exactly what you're getting and the staff have always been pleasant enough. Food for locals on the run.
